HOW WE MAKE ICECREAM

SELECTION OF INGREDIENTS

We choose high quality and fresh ingredients to produce high quality ice creams. We collect fresh raw milk directly from farmers. We use natural flavors and other internationally accepted imported high quality ingredients so that quality of our finished product would be unmatched.

MIXING

The ingredients chosen are mixed properly at optimum temperature and time in extremely hygienic condition.

PASTEURIZATION

Properly and hygienically mixed ingredients are pasteurized to destroy all the pathogenic organisms which may crept in the mix accidently.

HOMOGENIZATION

Pasteurized ice cream mix is then homogenized so that the size of fat globules will be reduced to 2 microns from 20 microns. Equal distribution of fat in the mix is ensured by this process. Also it will increase the taste and digestibility

CHILLING

After pasteurization, this mix is cooled to a very low temperature so that no micro organisms grow and multiply further in the case of cross contamination.

FREEZING

Cooled ice cream mix is then freeze to ice cream and collected in sterilized containers in different denominations.

STORAGE

Finished ice cream is stored at deep frozen condition and distributed to distributors and retailers in freezers without breaking the cold chain until our products reaches to our customers.
